RECIPE / RESEP
BESTANDDELE
- 1 ui, gekap
- 1 pakkie sampioene, in die helfte gesny
- ½ groen soetrissie, grof gekap
- ½ rooi soetrissie, grof gekap
- 15 ml olie/botter (nie margarien nie)
- 500 ml noedels
- 800 ml – 1 liter water, genoeg om die noedels te bedek
- 400 g biltong, dun gesny en nie te vetterig nie
- 1x 410 g blik heelpitmielies
- 250 ml of meer cheddarkaas, gerasper
- 250 – 500 ml dik room
METODE
Plaas die uie, sampioene en soetrissies in die Deep Gourmet Roaster. Voeg die olie/botter by en mikrogolf, sonder die deksel vir 7 – 10 minute op hoog. Roer een of twee keer tydens die kookproses. Voeg die noedels en water by. Mikrogolg met die deksel op vir 10 – 15 minute, moet nie die water dreineer nie. Pak die biltong, heelpitmielies en kaas in lae. Mikrogolf vir 8-minute op hoog. Voeg die room by, roer deur en bedien. Geniet saam met ‘n vars slaai.

- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pkt mushrooms, cut in half
- ½ green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 15 ml oil/butter (not margarine)
- 500 ml noodles
- 800 ml – 1 liter water, enough to cover the noodles
- 400 g biltong, thinly sliced and not too fatty
- 1x 410 g can whole kernel corn
- 250 ml or more cheddar cheese, grated
- 250 – 500 ml thick cream
METHOD
Place the onions, mushrooms and pepper in the Deep Gourmet Roaster. Add the oil/butter and microwave without the lid for 7 – 10 minutes on high. Stir once or twice during the cooking process. Add the noodles and water. Microwave with the lid on for 10 – 15 minutes, do not drain the excess water. Pack the biltong, kernel corn and cheese in layers. Microwave for 8-minutes on high. Add the cream, stir and serve. Enjoy with a fresh green salad.
