RECIPE / RESEP
INGREDIENTS SALAD
You can use any ingredients for the salad. We’ve used:
- butter lettuce,
- cherry tomatoes,
- pineapple,
- avocado,
- grated carrot,
- cubed apples,
- raisins,
- crumbed feta
INGREDIENTS SAUCE
- 50ml oil,
- 5ml vinegar,
- 5ml honey/sugar,
- 5ml Dijon mustard,
- celery, chives and spring onions – finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix well and pour over the salad or serve on the side.
BESTANDDELE SLAAI
Jy kan enige bestanddele vir die slaai gebruik. Ons het gebruik:
- botter blaarslaai,
- kersietamaties,
- pynappel,
- avokado,
- gerasperde wortel,
- appels in blokkies,
- rosyne,
- gekrummelde feta
BESTANDDELE SOUS

- seldery, grasuie en sprietuie – fyn gekap
- sout en peper na smaak
Meng goed en gooi oor die slaai of bedien aan die kant.
