RECIPE / RESEP
INGREDIENTS PUDDING
- 500 g (1 box) Vanilla Cake Mix,
- 180 g plain double cream yoghurt,
- 500 ml orange juice.
Grease the Argilla Cake Pan with butter or Spray and Cook. Mix 1 cup of orange juice with the cake mix and yoghurt. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and bake for 30 minutes at 160ºC or until a skewer comes out clean.
Warm the other cup of orange juice in the microwave and pour over the warm pudding.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream and hot orange juice sauce.
INGREDIENTS HOT ORANGE JUICE SAUCE
- 250 ml orange juice,
- 50 ml sugar,
- 20 ml Maizena (mix with a little bit of cold water).
Mix all the ingredients in the Small Deep Gourmet and bring to a boil in the microwave.

BESTANDDELE POEDING
- 500 g (1 boks) Vanieljekoekmengsel,
- 180 g gewone dubbelroomjogurt,
- 500 ml lemoensap.
Smeer die Argilla Cake Pan met botter of spuit en kook. Meng 1 koppie lemoensap met die koekmengsel en jogurt. Gooi die beslag in die gesmeerde koekpan en bak vir 30 minute by 160ºC of tot ‘n toetspen skoon uitkom.
Maak die ander koppie lemoensap warm in die mikrogolfoond en gooi die warm poeding oor.
Sit voor met geklopte room of roomys en warm lemoensapsous.
BESTANDDELE WARM LEMOENSAPSOUS
- 250 ml lemoensap,
- 50 ml suiker,
- 20 ml Maizena (meng met ‘n bietjie koue water).
Meng al die bestanddele in die Small Deep Gourmet en bring tot kookpunt in die mikrogolf.
