RECIPE / RESEP
BESTANDDELE
- 1 liter melk
- 2 ml sout
- 180 ml koekmeel
- 15 ml botter of margarien
- kaneelsuiker
INGREDIENTS
- 1 liter milk
- 2 ml salt
- 180 ml cake flour
- 15 ml butter or margarine
- cinnamon sugar
METHOD
Microwave the milk for 10-minutes in the Medium Gourmet Roaster. In the mean time, mix the cake flour and salt (I often also add a teaspoon of sugar to the mixture). Rub the butter/margarine into the flour with your fingers. Now add the flour mixture to the hot milk. Whisk with a wire whisk until small lumps form. Microwave for another 4-minutes on high. Serve immediately – Sprinkle with some delicious cinnamon sugar.
> Use the Banana Boats or Foody Bowls to serve.
