Serve the Salsa and Mayo Sauce with the Chicken, Fish and Beef Patties from WEEK 10 of our Effortless Dinner Idea Recipes.
INGREDIENTS – Salsa
- ½ pineapple peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1 green apple, peeled and cut into small cubes
- cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 small red onion, peeled and diced
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml olive oil
- 5 ml of sugar
- salt to taste
METHOD
Mix all the salsa ingredients in a Tapas Bowl or the Smaller Pie Pans. Arrange your chicken, fish or beef patties on a beautiful Argilla plate. Spoon a small amount of the salsa and sauce on the patties and enjoy with some freshly baked bread.
INGREDIENTS – Mayo Sauce
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 100 ml plain yogurt
- 5 ml sugar
- Ina Paarman’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- salt and pepper
Mix together and serve at room temperature.

METODE
Meng al die salsa-bestanddele in ‘n Tapas Bowls of die kleiner Pie Pans. Rangskik jou hoender-, vis- of beesvleiskoekies op ’n pragtige Argilla-bord. Skep ‘n klein bietjie van die salsa en sous op die patties en geniet saam met ‘n stukkie varsgebakte brood.
BESTANDDELE – Mayo Sous
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 100 ml gewone jogurt
- 5 ml suiker
- Ina Paarman se Knoffel & Kruie Geurmiddels
- sout en peper
Meng saam en bedien teen kamertemperatuur.
