RECIPE / RESEP
INGREDIENTS
- 250 ml 4-in-1 soup mix
- 6 cups of water
- 3 beef/chicken stock cubes dissolved in 100ml hot water
- 2 onions, diced
- 15 ml crushed garlic
- bone marrow/shanks/shins
- salt, pepper and other flavouring to taste
Optional:
- 2 potatoes, grated
- 2 carrots, grated
- 100ml fresh parsley, chopped
METHOD
Add all the ingredients to the Deep Gourmet Roaster. Cover with the lid and cook for 90-minutes at 160°C – or- overnight at 100°C. Turn off the oven and leave the soup for about 30-minutes before serving.
>> You can add whichever vegetables, herbs or spices you like. This is a wonderful base for almost any type of soup.
BESTANDDELE
- 250 ml 4-in-1 sopmengsel
- 6 koppies water
- 3 bees/hoender aftrekselblokkies opgelos in 100ml warm water
- 2 uie, fyn gekap of gerasper
- 15 ml fyngekapte knoffel
- beenmurg/skenkels/enige kookvleis van jou keuse
- sout, peper en ander geurmiddels na smaak
Opsioneel:
- 2 aartappels, gerasper
- 2 wortels, gerasper
- 100 ml vars pietersielie, gekap
METODE
Voeg al die bestanddele in die Deep Gourmet Roaster. Sit die deksel op en kook vir 90-minute teen 160°C -of- oornag teen 100°C. Laat die sop vir ongeveer 30-minute staan voor opdiening.
>> Hierdie is ‘n fantastiese basis vir amper enige tiepe sop. Gebruik groente, geurmiddels en kruie na jou keuse.
