INGREDIENTS SALAD
You can use any ingredients for the salad. We’ve used:
- butter lettuce,
- cherry tomatoes,
- pineapple,
- avocado,
- grated carrot,
- cubed apples,
- raisins,
- crumbed feta
INGREDIENTS SAUCE
- 50ml oil,
- 5ml vinegar,
- 5ml honey/sugar,
- 5ml Dijon mustard,
- celery, chives and spring onions – finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix well and pour over the salad or serve on the side.

BESTANDDELE SLAAI
