RECIPE / RESEP
INGREDIENTS
- 1 x 38 g sachet black pepper dry sauce
- 200g mushrooms, chopped
- 30 ml butter
- 250 ml boiling water (or half water and half milk)
METHOD
Microwave the chopped mushrooms and butter in the Small Deep Gourmet Roaster for 5-7 minutes on High.
Empty the sachet’s contents into the bowl with the mushrooms and add 125 ml boiling water. Stir with a fork for 1 minute until thick and smooth. Add 125 ml hot milk (or water) and stir well.
Serve with steak or our famous Steak Schnitzel.
BESTANDDELE
- 1 x 38 g sakkie swartpeper droë sous
- 200 g gekapte sampioene
- 30 ml botter
- 250 ml kook water (of helfte water en helfte melk)
METODE
Mikrogolf die gekapte sampioene en botter in die Small Deep Gourmet Roaster vir 5-7 minute op Hoog.
Maak die inhoud van die sakkie leeg in die bak met die sampioene en voeg 125 ml water by. Roer met ‘n vurk vir ‘n minuut lank, tot dit dik en glad is. Voeg 125 ml warm melk (of water) by en roer goed.
Bedien met steak of ons bekende Steak Schnitzels.
